How do I update my organiser details?
Having control and transparency over your account details is important for keeping everything up-to-date and properly managed.
- Click on your Organiser Name on the bottom left-hand panel.
- Click “Organiser Settings".
- Here, you can change details such as Organiser Name, Phone Number, Website and Email address.
- At the bottom of the page click “Save”.
- Click “Profile Owners” to add another Owner to your Organiser Profile.
- In order to add the next owner, fill in their details and click “Add Owner”.
- Select "Feature Plan" to see your current plan or to switch your plan.
- You can either downgrade your plan, upgrade your plan or contact us for bespoke fees.
- Click “Bank Details” to update your bank details. Click “Save".
- Click “Statements” to see your existing invoices.
