How to scan attendees
Having the ability to quickly scan ticket QR codes and approve entry directly in the app provides a smooth, modern check-in experience. The group admit option is efficient when dealing with larger parties arriving together.
- Select the event you want to scan attendees for.
- Ask your customer to open their ticket wallet and show you the QR code on their ticket.
- Use your scanner to scan the QR code.
- Click "Admit" to let the attendee in.
Pro tip: You can make the scanning process even faster by using the group admit feature, which allows you to admit everyone at once. If you prefer to do it one attendee at a time, simply turn off the group admit feature and have it on Individual.
