How to use the Citizen Ticket App (Organiser Toolbox)
Our combination of QR code scanning and the ability to manually admit provides flexibility to handle different scenarios at your event.
- Log in using either your Citizen Ticket organiser account details or via Crew Member.
- Select the event you are wanting to scan tickets for.
- Press Sync attendees to ensure you have the most update to date attendees list.
- Press the Camera at the bottom centre of the page.
- Ask the customer to show their QR code which can be found in their ticket wallet.
- Scan the code and select Admit.
- If they can't find their QR code press Attendees below the QR scanner > type their name in > press Admit Attendee.
