How do I amend or cancel a magic checkout sale?
If you have issued a customer with a magic checkout link, you can amend or cancel the sale after the fact. 
Amending the sale via Customer Lookup
- Go to Customer Lookup
 - Search for the customer by full name, or email address and press “enter” on your keyboard, or the “Search” button
 - Click “View” against the customer’s name
 - Go to “Purchases”
 - Click on the blue sales reference for the order that is marked as “pending” in the status column
 - In the purchase tab, you will see dialogue box that informs you that the sale is currently in the customer’s basket
 - Click “Continue sale in box office” if you wish to edit their basket and add more tickets 
 - Click “Cancel sale” if you wish to cancel the reservation 
 
Amending the sale via Sales & Revenue
- Go to the event dashboard for the relevant event 
 - Go to Income & Sales, then select Sales & Revenue
 - Click “View” against the customer’s name
 - Any pending transactions will be highlighted in light blue with the following symbol        displayed in the date/time column 

 
-  In the purchase tab, you will see dialogue box that informs you that the sale is currently in the customer’s basket
 - Click “Continue sale in box office” if you wish to edit their basket and add more tickets 
 - Click “Cancel sale” if you wish to cancel the reservation
