Sales Digest - Notify me when my event or a timeslot sells out
This handy notification feature allows event organisers to stay informed when their events or individual date/time slots reach full capacity and sell out. It provides options to:
1. Receive notifications when an entire event sells out completely
2. Get alerted when any specific date or time slot for the event sells out
Organisers can add multiple email addresses to a notification list to ensure the right team members are made aware of sell-out situations promptly.
- If you are the profile owner, after publishing your event, go to the tile called “Sales Digest”
- You will see several options:
- Notify the list when an event sells out: By ticking this box, the people in the email list will be notified that the event has sold out. You can add additional people to the list by following the format John Richards (john.richards@hotmail.co.uk) and by using commas to separate addresses. When you click save, a green banner will appear to let you know that the email address has been saved.
- Notify the list when any date/time slot sells out: By ticking this box, the people in the email list will be notified when any date or timeslot sells out. When you click save, a green banner will appear to let you know that the email address has been saved and those people in the list will be notified when any date / timeslot sells out.
- Send me a report digest for my event's sales and stats on the following days: Tick the days of the week that you would like to receive a Report for your event's sales and stats. In the box under “Time” write the time you would like to receive the report. Again the report will go to the people in the saved list. Click Save.
- To undo any of these actions, untick the box(es) and click Save or remove the email(s) from the list and click Save depending on which action you want to undo.
