How do I watch a live stream event?
There are three ways you can access a live stream;
- Via Ticket Wallet email (sent to you after purchase)
- To access the live stream via your ticket wallet email (sent to you after purchase), please click "Watch Livestream".
- Then click "Access Livestream" which will redirect you to the main live stream page.
Note - The link will expire when the event ends. If you wish to watch a show replay, please follow the guide below (" via citizenticket.co.uk").
- To access a live stream on Citizen Ticket, please sign in to your account here and click "Ticket Wallet" > then click "Watch Livestream"on your ticket:
- Then click "Access Livestream" - you will be redirected to the show.
- To leave the event, click “Leave Event” in the bottom right corner
- Via the Citizen ticket App
- You can also watch the live stream from your phone on the Citizen Ticket app.
- Sign in to your account (you can also sign in using smart access) & click the live stream event you wish to watch.
- Then click the "Watch Livestream" button to access the broadcast.
Note - Some events allow viewing from other platforms besides our website live stream (such as YouTube and Zoom).
