Location - How do I create a hybrid event location?

A hybrid event combines our standard event ticketing system and our live stream functionality, so you can sell tickets to your venue and virtual offering simultaneously. This hybrid configuration allows you to seamlessly host and monetize an event catering to both in-person and remote audiences.

  1. Click on the “Events” button on the left hand main panel.
  2. Select the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.
  3. Click “Setup”.
  4. Select “Location”.
  5. Under “My Location” click the link “Hybrid (venue + livestream)” option under “Add new”.
  6. Type the Venue, Address or Setting, Town/City.
  7. Set the time you wish the live stream to be open for attendees (from 5-30 minutes before the event start time).
  8. Click “Add location” to save your newly created live stream location under “My locations”.
  9. Finally, to set your event location, click the “Choose” next to your live stream location.

 

Note: Remember to set up your hybrid ticket types correctly in “Tickets". (Please see the guide: "How do I create ticket types for a hybrid event?")
