Tickets - How do I create ticket types for a hybrid event?

To sell tickets for a hybrid event, you'll need to create separate ticket types - one for general admission to the physical venue, and another for virtual livestream access.

By setting up distinct ticket types this way, your event page will display clear options for attendees to buy either in-person venue entry or virtual livestream viewing access for your hybrid event experience.

  1. Click on the “Events” button on the left-hand main panel.
  2. Select the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.
  3. Click “Setup”.
  4. Click “Tickets”
  5. Click “Add Ticket Type”.
  6. Create a general admission ticket type by adding the:
    1. Title
    2. Price
    3. Quantity Available
    4. Add any “Advanced Options” your ticket requires.
  1. Click “Add Ticket”.  
  2. Then to create the live stream ticket type, click  “Add another?” or “Add ticket type”
  3. Fill in the:
    1. Title
    2. Price
    3. Quantity Available
    4. Add any “Advanced Options” your ticket requires.
  1. Then select the checkbox under “Livestream Access” and click “Add Ticket”.
  2. Your event page will show the ticket type that has access to the Livestream.
  3. Repeat this step as many times as needed.
