Marketing - Checkout Settings
The Checkout Settings under the Marketing section allows you to customise the post-purchase experience for customers attending your event. It provides two key options: “After Sale Pop-Up Message” and “Marketing Consent Message”:
By utilising these checkout settings, you can deliver a seamless post-purchase experience, provide customers with relevant information, collect valuable data through surveys, and grow your marketing audience - all within the same event dashboard interface.
- Click on the “Events” button on the left hand main panel.
- Click the “Dashboard” of your event.
- Click “Marketing”.
- Click “Checkout Settings”.
- Click “After Sales Message”.
- Add your message (i.e. links to social media, website, survey etc.) in the pop-up contents box.
- Use the help icon to guide you through markdown formatting.
- Preview your message by clicking the eye icon.
- Click Save.

- Click “Marketing Consent Message”
- Write your custom message to invite your customers to opt-in to your marketing.
