Reward Referrer - How do I set up rewards for customers who refer my event to others?
After a customer completes the checkout, you can encourage them to invite their friends to the event. You can choose to incentivise them to do this with a reward! Please note - you hold responsibility for distributing the rewards.
- To activate a reward system, navigate from your event dashboard to Marketing > Reward Referrers.
- Describe the reward you wish to give to your referrers with a short description - this will be displayed after the customer completes the checkout.i.e. Share & get a free t-shirt
- Describe the reward structure in a sentence or short paragraph, including how to claim their reward, i.e Show your ticket to a member of our team and they can check if you had any successful referrals.
- Then click “Save” and your reward type will appear active in the right-hand column.
- Your reward type will appear active in the right-hand column. Customers whose friends successfully complete checkouts from an invite link will be shown below your active reward.
Please note - you hold responsibility for distributing the rewards.
If you choose not to, simply leave the reward text blank. Customers will still be given the option to invite their friends.
