How do I create filters on my organiser landing page?
If you are hosting multiple events on Citizen Ticket and would like to create filters on your organiser landing page to help customers better navigate your event programme.
You can use our Event Bucket feature to create these suggested filters on your landing page.
- Go to your organiser dashboard
- Go to Multi-Event Tools
- Select “Event Buckets”
- Add a new event bucket
- Enter a bucket name (e.g. Weekend Events, Comedy Events)
- Tick the box to “Make this event bucket visible to customers”
- Apply a date range to filter your events
- Select the events to be included in this bucket
- There is no limit to the number of times that an event can be featured in a particular event bucket
- Click “Save”
- Preview your organiser landing page by clicking on your organiser name in the bottom left corner of the main dashboard
- Click Public Page
