Information

Jessica Hepburn had never been the sporty type, hating exercise, loving food and relaxing on the sofa. But fraught with the trauma of miscarriage, divorce and loneliness, she amazed herself by becoming the first woman to complete the Sea, Street, Summit Challenge, swimming the English Channel, running the London Marathon and climbing Everest. From setting out as an arts producer, Jessica has become health campaigner, endurance athlete and multi award -winning writer. Her inspiring story will encourage all of us charting the choppy waters of life, to power up and sail through the storm.
