For the 8th year in a row, Santa is coming to his magical Christmas Grotto at Carberry Tower! So book now and bring your little ones along to enjoy the thrill of meeting Santa and receiving a wonderful gift from his Elves!

Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without an enchanting trip to Santa’s Grotto at Carberry Tower, and we sold out very quickly last year - so book your tickets NOW!

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY CHARGE ADMISSION FOR CHILDREN, SO NO NEED TO BUY ANY TICKETS FOR ACCOMPANYING ADULTS!

Again this year, the Grotto will take place within our beautiful Winter Pavilion, where you can also buy delicious Christmassy drinks and sweet treats as well as fun festive products. And, throughout each Grotto day, we are serving a tasty selection of hot food in a relaxed, family-friendly setting within Carberry Tower. As an extra- special Christmas pressie to you all, you will be entitled to 15% off your total bill as a valued Grotto guest when eating in the bistro between December 13th and March 31st 2025! Just show your ticket email to staff to redeem your discount. Discount can be redeemed as many times as you would like!

Should you wish to benefit from a slightly quieter Grotto session then the best slots to choose are 12pm and 4pm, when we admit only half of the number of tickets per slot.
