Information

The White Knight adapted by Eloner Crawford. A local tale set around Duns in the early 16th Century. The piece has been written for numerous voices and pares theatre down to its core, to pure storytelling albeit in character.

Join us for an historical tale of bloodshed and treachery written by JM Wilson, editor of the Berwickshire Advertiser in the early 1800s. This 16th century tale of The White Knight concerns the Warden of the Eastern Marches, Monsieur de la Bastie, whose appointment was unfavourably received by the Hume clan, the traditional holders of the position.
