A moderate walk exploring the coast, with a gentle yoga session included, no previous experience required!
Join Diane from Wilder for an uplifting outdoor yoga and nature walk.
Starting from the Belhaven Surf Centre, we’ll cross the ‘Bridge to Nowhere’ and walk along the bay to the Tyne estuary (a site of special scientific interest) returning via the John Muir Country Park, Biel burn and Seafield Pond.
Our walk will include:
• a mindful, sensory led coastal walk taking in the sights, smells, tastes, sounds and feels of summer
• gentle beach yoga with an experienced yoga teacher – no prior yoga experience needed!
• Nature connection in the comfort of your own hammock (or lie on the beach if you prefer)
• Selection of ‘Yogi’ teas and homemade cake (provided)
What to bring
• Towel or blanket for sitting on (leave your mat at home)
• Suitable outdoor clothing including waterproofs, sunscreen and additional layers.
• Base layer of clothing comfortable for yoga practice
• Small rucksack – I’ll be giving you a hammock and cup to carry
• Water bottle and snack (if specific dietary requirements)
• Binoculars (not essential)
