Lind & Lime Gin is Edinburgh’s exquisite, international award-winning, organic London Dry gin. Join us for the Grand Voyage Masterclass, exploring our classic Lind & Lime Gin, as well as two Grand Voyage expressions.

From our historic port in Leith ships once set sail in search of new worlds, new ideas and new flavours. Admittedly we don’t do much sailing these days, but that same spirit of discovery is woven into Lind & Lime. These days, it’s not the ships that take you somewhere: it’s the taste.

Built on balance and distilled with precision, Lind & Lime Gin is our benchmark. Created using just seven botanics, it has zesty lime, bold juniper and aromatic pink peppercorns at the forefront. The result is a crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced gin, but the journey doesn’t end there.

The Grand Voyage is an evolution of our botanicals; a way of expanding our world while staying true to what defines us. With every release, we explore a new citrus, shaped by its landscape and captured in our signature balance.
