HUP on in for a cosy, No fón zón listen through of ÍOSÓG's debut album SaBaile.
An hour long showcase of the debut album SaBaile from ÍOSÓG, an artist from Walkinstown and signatory to “Apartheid Free Arts”, seeking to blend the traditional with the experimental whilst provoking a few shteps. In SaBaile, ÍOSÓG explores what home is, musically. Venturing cross genre, blending influences and styles heard abroad with fundamentals of the Irish tradition. SaBaile was mixed and produced by both ÍOSÓG and Luke Kulukundis in Walkinstown and Peckham.
All ticket proceeds will go towards supporting the work of Ali Abu Yassin, a Gazan Theatre artist.
This event is a strict no fón zón.
ÍOSÓG is a multidisciplinary artist who works primarily through Theatre, Music and Film. He is the current resident artist of Drury Street Car Park.
