This session will incorporate various techniques for mindfulness-based stress reduction, including guided meditation, somatic practices, yin yoga, and therapeutic massage.
Focus on regulating your nervous system as you enter a state of rest and rejuvenation. Allow yourself the time and space to disconnect from the busyness of life and reconnect with your inner self. Cultivate awareness through breath work, gentle movement, yin yoga, and massage.
Yin yoga, characterized by its slow and meditative approach, will involve holding each pose for approximately 3-4 minutes. This duration allows for deeper engagement with the body's connective tissues and nervous system. Props will be provided to enhance accessibility and comfort in each pose.
Throughout the workshop, a skilled team of massage therapists will circulate the room, offering hands-on assistance through touch and massage techniques. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in these practices and acquire valuable tools to manage overwhelming and stressful moments in your life.
