It’s perfect for surfers looking to improve flexibility, build strength, and recover faster after time in the water, as well as for anyone wanting to feel strong, balanced, and aligned in their body.
This class will include breathwork sequencing, intention setting, oracle cards, and an opportunity to progress your practice in a safe and judgment-free environment.
This class is open level. There will be options for both beginners and intermediates.
