Clubhouse Animation, Eleanor Stewart – Stop Motion Animation Workshop
Join animator and artist Eleanor Stewart for a two-day practical course designed for both beginners and experienced animators. This hands-on workshop guides participants through the complete process of designing, constructing, and finishing their own stop motion puppet, ready to animate.
Eleanor will share insider tips from her professional practice in animation and filmmaking, offering insights into character design, storytelling through movement, and the art of bringing puppets to life.
Whether you’re looking to start your first animation project or refine your puppet-making skills, this course offers a supportive and creative environment to experiment, make, and play. Suitable for aspiring and professional animators or alternatively for aspiring or professional puppeteers, with an interest in how their puppetry practice might adapt for a screen context. You’ll leave with a finished puppet and the confidence to take your animation ideas further.
This workshop takes place across two consecutive days from 10 AM to 4 PM.
