Saturday, June 13th:
Live music all day (Β£8.50 Adv / Β£10 OTD)
Polyphonic Sonder 8-10pm
With a sound referenced to The Kooks alongside a Libertines punch, Polyphonic Sonder are an indie rock trio based in the Scottish Borders. Formed in early 2026, the group are gaining traction in there local area and are hoping to continue moving on up to the top.
Pat The Doug 5.30-7.30pm
A three-piece trio of vocals/guitar, fiddle and percussion from the Borders, Central Belt & Glasgow musicians circuit. Expect lively singalong favourites and choice numbers from this talented bunch.
DJ MeisΕ 1-3pm
For our first official DJ set at The Old Mill Yard, we are delighted to welcome DJ MeisΕ or as we like to call him 'E.H.FLOW', to spin some records. Chris is one of our Environmental Health Officers from Scottish Borders Council, so it is somewhat of a full circle moment to have him back at the yard wearing a very different hat then when he issued our hygiene certificate for our premises and units last year! Expect hip-hop, downtempo grooves, jazzy/funky film scores and other obscure cuts from his collection.

Live acoustic/folk sessions throughout the day (Β£2 Adv / Β£3 OTD)
The Steaming Foggs 4-6pm
βAround the World Musicβ with a vintage charm. The Steaming Foggs take the audience on a journey with a popular variety of vintage European-language songs including Spanish/Latin, Italian, Sicilian, French and others.
The band was formed with the core members, Helena MacGilp and Chris Elmes, who have 20 years of experience in many styles of music from Europe to the Middle East, and from the present back to the medieval period. They are based in Edinburgh. Chris Elmes is director of Gaita, Scotlandβs leading medieval music ensemble, formed in 2001. Helena MacGilp has been a core member of Gaita for many years and, together with Chris Elmes, formed Duo Hyperborea playing music from the Turkish and Middle Eastern classical and folk traditions, along with Balkan folk.
Jenna & Kieran 1pm-3pm
Starting out as a musical duo in 2023 after being inspired by watching Jenna's dad gig for the last ten years, Jenna & Kieran now blend their passion for live music with their eclectic but wholesome range of song selections.
Covers will range from Irish folk such as The Dubliners, The Pogues, Christy Moore & Sharon Shannon. Classics from the 60βs to early 00βs. These include the likes of Van Morrison, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash, Beautiful South. Plus more recent numbers from the likes of Vance Joy, Lumineers, Proclaimers and Noah Kahan.
