Discover whisky like never before with "Drams in the Dark." By removing the sense of sight, this immersive experience heightens your senses of taste and smell, offering an unforgettable journey into the world of whisky.

The evening begins at 6:30 PM in the Club Room in Huntly, with a welcome whisky cocktail - the first of four whiskies featured during the event. From there, move to the adjoining Bank Restaurant for the tasting experience.

For the tasting, we’ll provide you with a blindfold to wear as you sample Four additional whiskies from the Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky portfolio, including selections from the Single Cask and Octave ranges. Each whisky will be paired with a bespoke canapé to enhance its flavours. These will be served before and after each course. Therefore, you will be presented with a whisky and canapé to bind taste before your starter, between your starter and main course, between your main course and dessert, and after your dessert.

Between tastings, you will enjoy a three-course meal also expertly designed to complement the whiskies being tasted. While blindfolds are worn during the whisky and canapé tasting, you may remove them during the main meal.

The evening concludes back in the Club Room, where you can relax and explore more of Duncan Taylor’s whisky collection at the bar.

Timings – 6:30pm to 11pm.

The bus stop in Huntly Square is just a minute's walk from the Bank Restaurant, and the Huntly train station is only about a 10-minute walk from the Bank Restaurant. The local taxi service, Oak Kabs, is also available.
