Come and celebrate Christmas at St Mary's Cathedral with the traditional service of Nine Lessons and Carols. A chance to listen, sit, reflect and worship together, as we listen to Bible readings and the Choir of St Mary's Cathedral singing various Christmas hymns and carols.
Since this is a Christian service, you may reserve a free ticket if you prefer. Your purchase is a donation which goes towards the running of the Cathedral and the Choir, and we do not ask for any donation at the service. Most people generously give £15 or more, and any donation is gratefully received.
Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Queues for this event tend to start from 6:30pm, and we advise arriving by 7:15pm at the latest to be guaranteed entry by the beginning of the service. Some seats have restricted views.
