Expect outrageous shenanigans and hilarity from TV chef favourites Rosemary Shrager and Tony Singh
Last year's Audience with Tony & Rosemary sold out incredibly quickly, and anyone who was in the Kitchen Marquee that night will tell you why. The pair had the room in stitches from start to finish. So, what better way to spend Friday evening than by reuniting Tony and Rosemary for an evening of talk, tasting and proper good fun, with Stranraer's own cocktail supremo Massimo Lisi joining them on stage to keep the drinks flowing as fast as the laughter.
Tony Singh, festival Chef Ambassador and long-time friend of Stranraer, needs little introduction to oyster festival regulars. From The Incredible Spice Men to MasterChef and Saturday Kitchen, his energy and irreverence have made him one of British TV's most-loved chefs. Rosemary Shrager is the celebrated chef and food writer who endeared herself to the nation on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, and has since become a familiar screen face on Cooking with the Stars, where she and Tony first sparked off one another. When she isn't cooking, she's writing crime fiction, her heroine Prudence Bulstrode has been hailed as 'Mary Berry with a sprinkling of Agatha Christie.'
This event includes either a glass of Prosecco or a dram of Rock Island whisky on arrival, alongside tasty evening snacks provided by local favourite, Sally Hair.
