Kicking off the start of our fantastic kitchen marquee programme this year is TikTok sensation, Jimmy Lee.

Chef Jimmy Lee is a regular contributor on ITV's daily show 'This Morning', and he co-presented the cookery show 'Julie and Jimmy's Hot Woks' on the same channel. The Glasgow based chef has also become a TikTok sensation in the last year, amassing over 45 million views as he teaches us how to serve up Cantonese favourites in 60-second viral videos.

Chef Jimmy Lee has appeared as a contestant on the BBC show Great British Menu, appeared alongside Kirstie Allsopp as a guest judge on Kirstie's Handmade Christmas and was a judge on Channel 4's My Kitchen Rules, alongside Prue Leith and Michael Caines.

Chef proprietor of Lychee Oriental, Jimmy is a well kent face in the UK's cuisine scene. Jimmy was honoured with the highly coveted Chef Personality of the Year award at the prestigious Scottish Food Awards, and is no stranger to the limelight, having raised the profile of Lychee Oriental and its fresh, high-quality approach to Oriental cuisine.
