Ryan McCutcheon returns to the Kitchen Marquee for a Sunday morning session designed to set the final day of the festival off on the right foot. Following his Saturday afternoon Knives Out demo, Ryan is back with a brunch-themed cookery session, the perfect bridge between a slow Sunday start and the rest of the day's programme.

A Stranraer chef whose culinary career is shining bright, Ryan trained in some of Scotland's most prestigious kitchens, including Cromlix and Gleneagles. He brings the same restaurant-quality precision he's known for to dishes that are perfect for a Sunday morning.
