A special Sunday morning gathering of celebrity chefs, oyster expertise and delicious food and drink (plus breakfast!)
Last year we shamelessly borrowed the idea behind Matt Tebbutt's much-loved Saturday Kitchen, threw in a few Loch Ryan oysters for good measure, and called it our own. It went down so well we're bringing it back.
Sunday Oyster Kitchen returns for 2026 with Matt at the helm, joined by Julie Lin and Rosemary Shrager for what we're billing as a relaxed two-hour session, though with Rosemary on the bill all bets are off. What happens in the Kitchen Marquee stays in the Kitchen Marquee... just sayin'.
They'll be joined by a few special guests, probably including voices from the Loch Ryan oyster team, possibly the freshly crowned Scottish Oyster Shucking Champion if Saturday's Shuck Off winner is still in town.
As before, we're serving up the morning with a hearty start: freshly made breakfast rolls, including a veggie option, plus tea, coffee and Irn Bru to set the day in motion. An ideal way to enjoy several chefs in a single session, and get Sunday off to a tremendous start.
