UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dougie Lisi has had to pull out of his demo with Massi due to illness.

Fortuantely, the fantastic Ryan McCutcheon is stepping in to take his place.

So the final chef demo of the festival may not be the Lisi Brothers, but it is two Stranraer professionals at the very top of their game, and we are very much looking forward to seeing them collaborate in the Kitchen Marquee.

Local and much loved Chef Dougie Lisi of Tigh Na Mara will give passionate cookery demos paired with cocktails from his award-winning cocktail maker brother, Massimo, who represented Britain in the World Cocktail Championships in 2003. The brothers are previous owners of award winning Italian Restaurant L'aperitif, and their Stranraer Oyster Festival demos regularly sell out.

They'll be joined by one (or more) other local chefs, details TBC, at the final event of Stranraer Oyster Festival 2025 in the Kitchen Marquee.
