Tony Singh: Cookery Demo

Scotland’s Spice King, Tony Singh, is the Chef Ambassador of Stranraer Oyster Festival, and we are delighted to welcome him back for another year. If you’ve enjoyed one of Tony’s cookery demos in the past, you’ll know they’re packed with inspiration, flavour and conversation. Tony is a natural communicator and his passion for quality produce and his enthusiasm for helping people to enjoy food is contagious.

Tony has championed the work of Stranraer Development Trust and the Oyster Festival for many years, commenting:
“What the community of Stranraer have achieved with their oyster festival is remarkable, and I’m delighted to support it. Scotland has a diverse and delicious natural larder, and the wild, native oysters of Loch Ryan are right up there with the very best our country has to offer.”

This is the only solo cookery demo Tony is doing this year, and we expect it will be popular, so if this is an event you want to attend we recommend booking early.
