Award-winning pop-up 1920s speakeasy in a secret London venue lit by candles, with live jazz bands, cabaret and retro-DJs, where everyone dresses the part
Step back in time to the romance of the Jazz Age at London’s award-winning 1920s-themed speakeasy party, with live jazz, cabaret and cocktails in a secret venue filled with candles, where everyone dresses the part.
Shrug off the winter blues and embrace the joys of spring with a night of revelry at our south London ballroom: leading the revels will be Host With the Most, Champagne Charlie, with a saucy song and a cabaret swagger, who will introduce racy burlesque from Miss Jolie Papillon and red-hot ragtime rhythms from the seven-piece Trudgeon’s Trad Jazz Troubadours. When the band aren’t playing, DJs the Bee’s Knees will be spinning vintage vinyl into the night. In a side room we'll have a pop-up vintage jewellery store and our tarot reader Lucius. There will also be a complimentary dance lesson in the Charleston from Russell and Sara.
You can come just for drinks and dancing, but you can also reserve a table with Champagne, or book the three-course dinner. There’s even an inclusive-drinks option. Ticket-holders receive an email two days before revealing the secret location (which is close to a tube station). So pull on your flapper dress and get ready to shimmy…
