City of Lichfield Concert Band

Lichfield Concert Band is a friendly Community band based in the Cathedral City of Lichfield. The band plays regularly in a variety of local concerts across Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

We currently have 50 members with a large cross section of ages.

Although we strive to play at a high level, the social aspect of the band is also very important. A number of social events are organised we enjoy a number of social events including meals out, bowling, rambles and a summer BBQ. We have also enjoyed weekends in Scarborough, Llandudno, Morecambe, Sidmouth, Paris & Limburg (Lichfield's twin town in Germany).

Following a platinum award winning performance at the regional event, the band has been invited to perform at Easter 2023 at the finals of the National Concert Band Festival in Manchester.
